Scattered showers, high temps continue

Santo Domingo.- A low level trough will bring scattered showers over the East and Northeast regions Friday morning, increasing in intensity and frequency toward the afternoon, the National Meteorological Office (Onamet) forecast today.

The seasonably high temperatures will continue, Onamet said.

Meanwhile Tropical Depression 10, which was near the Yucatan Peninsula yesterday, poses no threat to the country, while Hurricane Humberto was located 960 kilometers northwest of the Cape Verde Islands.
