Scattered showers, high temps will continue

Santo Domingo.- A trough over the country will continue to dominate the weather, causing scattered showers with thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon, for the North, Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains.

The National Meteorology Office forecasts temperatures as high as 34 degrees will continue for Greater Santo Domingo and adjacent regions for the next 24 hours.

Meteorology added that cloudiness will increase with widely scattered showers expected for most of the southern coast.
