Widely scattered showers for all regions except the East

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts scattered showers and thunderstorms for Monday for all regions except the East, from a trough over the Windward Passage and a tropical wave southeast of the country.

It said the downpours will be more frequent for the Northwest, Central Mountains and border area.

Onamet adds that a tropical wave located over the Lesser Antilles arrives Wednesday and increased precipitation for the Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area.
