Trough brings moderate to heavy showers

Santo Domingo.- The National Office Meteorology (ONAMET) forecasts downpours Thursday, from a cloud mass associated with a trough over the east region.

It said the showers will spread to the rest of the country during the day.

It forecast scattered showers for the afternoon and evening, with thunderstorm over all regions except the Northwest, continuing into Friday.
