Scattered showers for most of the country

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (ONAMET) on Wednesday forecasts scattered showers and thunderstorm over the Northwest, Northeast, Southeast Central Mountains and border areas, from a trough over Haiti.

It said the showers will also result from the humidity dragged by the prevailing East-Southeast wind.

ONAMET said the showers and thunderstorms will increase Thursday and Friday as instability and moisture also increase.
