Hewas invited to the event by the Esquipulas Foundation and will chair thePolitical-Social Reflection panel, on the theme of “Strengthening the SocialFabric: Municipal Development and Food and Nutritional Security”.

PatriciaPalma, director of the Food and Nutritional Security Program in Central America,will also participate in the panel.
