Medina confirms Hector Valdez Albizu as Central Bank governor

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina confirmed Hector Valdez Albizu as the Central Bank governor, and Claritza Rocha as Deputy governor of that financial institution as contained in Decree 304-14.

The Dominican head of State, by Decree 305-14, also granted the Duarte, Sanchez and Mella Order of Merit in the degree of Grand Cross Silver Plate to former Defense minister Sigfrido Pared Perez.
