Cardinal Lopez Rodriguez praises Medina’s administration

Santo Domingo.- Cardinal Nicolas de Jesus Lopez Rodriguez on Friday said he was "surprised" by the surprise visits made ??by President Danilo Medina and praised his administration.

"Danilo has done a great government. No one can deny that. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by his Sunday visits to the countryside, which is unprecedented in the Dominican Republic," said Lopez Rodriguez.

The Cardinal spoke to the a group of reporters after leading a mass in the chapel of the CEDIMAT medical center.
