Ruling party’s Central Committee to meet on Monday

Santo Domingo.– Over 600 members of the Central Committee of Dominican Republic’s ruling party (PLD) will meet on Monday to celebrate Christmas and the 41st anniversary of the political organization.

According to sources from the PLD, a new multipurpose room will be used for the occasion, which is part of the PLD national headquarters.

The meeting will be chaired by PLD president Leonel Fernández, general secretary Reinaldo Pared Perez, and members of the Political Committee, including Dominican President Danilo Medina and Vice president Margarita Cedeño de Fernández.
