Timberland populates Santiago life with trees

Santiago.- With the slogan ‘Populate Life with Trees’ US-based outdoor style accessories, footwear and garment-maker VF Timberland headed several educational and recreational reforestation and environmental cleanup activities in Santiago to mark World Earth in the country Day.

Timberland executive Donald Dyer III, production and Distribution VP for the Americas; Fernando Schneider, General Manager; and Pedro Jimenez, Sustainability manager (CSR) attended the conference, accompanied by National Botanic Garden director Ricardo Garcia and Santo Domingo State University (UASD) in Santiago rector Genaro Rodriguez.
