Tropical wave brings scattered showers; high temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The National weather Office (Onamet) forecastsincreasing cloudiness and scattered showers starting noon Wed., from a tropicalwave moving rapidly westward along the Caribbean coast

It said the showers will be over most provinces exceptthe Northwest region.

It said the cloudiness will continue from the unstableair left by the tropical wave, with widely scattered showers over the southwest,northwest, border area and the Central Mountains.

Onamet says temperatures will remain seasonably highacross the country.
