Top official asks Dominicans´ help to nab dangerous fugitive

Santo Domingo.-Dominican authorities intensified the search for 17 Dominicans, a Colombian anda Venezuelan, including five women, in connection with numerous criminal cases inthe country.

Justice ministerFrancisco Dominguez on Thursday said the manhunt for Pascual Jesus Cabrera Ruizis a national security priority, for his alleged role not only as a major drugtrafficker to various countries using the Dominican Republic as a bridge, butalso for the supply of drugs for domestic consumption.

With regardto the fugitive, Dominguez asked the citizens to collaborate to apprehend Cabrera,who´s also allegedly linked to the murders of dozens of people, especially inconfrontations with other kingpins.
