Trough brings scattered showers, lower temps

Santo Domingo.- The NationalWeather Office forecasts continuing downpours with thunderstorms over thecountry on Monday, from a frontal trough moving east-southeast.

The showers will bemore intense over the central and northern provinces.

Onamet said theshowers will be mostly during the afternoon and will start to dissipate duringevening hours, bringing cooler temperatures.
