Interpol searches the world for 11 Dominican criminals

Santo Domingo.- The International Police is searching the world for 374 international fugitives, including 11 Dominicans, who are under a "red notice" arrest warrant, Diario Libre reported today.

The Dominicans are being sought to face charges for rape, money laundering, traffic violations, bank fraud, homicides and other crimes.

On top of the list of the most wanted Dominicans is Jairo Bernardino Rodriguez Miranda, 32, accused of homicide. According to the report, among the criminals is Angela Irizarri Mendez, 70, a Dominican woman sought for fruad.

The Interpol Office in the Dominican Republic asked for these Dominicans to turn themselves in by any means, and added that the group will be arrested no matter where they are hiding.
