Opposition candidate visits San Cristobal, National District this weekend

Santo Domingo.- Major opposition party (PRM) presidential candidate Luis Abinader will be proclaimed by the Dominican Humanist Party this weekend and will stage march-caravans in Bonao, Santo Domingo North, San Cristobal and the National District.

"This weekend we are in the streets, and once again we will show that the people are with Luis Abinader, that the feeling of change is undeniably expressed throughout the country," campaign director Roberto Fulcar reported.

Fulcar said that Abinader and local candidates in Bonao will stage a march-caravan Sunday morning which will also include other municipalities and districts of Monseñor Noel province.

The PRM presidential candidate will be in the National District later at 4 pm to head another march-caravan that will cover different sectors, starting at the avenues Nicolas de Ovando and Ortega y Gasset.
