Jumbo chain opens sore in Moca with 65,000+ products

Moca, Dominican Republic.- The Jumbo retailer chain todayFriday opened a store in Moca (north) offering more than 65,000 items onshelves at attractive prices.

“This store stands out in the retail sector for theircontinuous product offerings and a full range of own brands that allow users toaccess products which offer the best value proposal,” Centro Cuesta Nacional(CCN) CEO José Miguel González Cuadra said in the opening ceremony.

It said Moca now counts with one of the most modern storesin infrastructure and design, with more than 3,000 square meters that willbecome not only Moca’s shopping center, but where residents can enjoy entertainment,cultural and education activities for the entire family and the community.

"This blessing is a gathering among friends because asalways we have decided not to host an inauguration and invest those funds in worksfor the social good, such as Dominicans with fewer opportunities seeking help,by adhering to our corporate philosophy to improve the quality of life of theDominican family," Cuadra said.

In a statement CCN said Jumbos will be opening branches in Higuey,Puerto Plata, Punta Cana and the Eastern Zone throughout 2016.
