Santo Domingo.- The National WeatherOffice (Onamet) on Friday issued small craft warnings along the Atlantic coast,as the higher than normal waves continue.

It cautioned boat operators toremain near shore along the Caribbean coast and Samana bay.

It forecasts increasing cloudinessover the north and Central Mountains toward Friday afternoon, due to the winds fromthe northeast.

Onamet forecasts widely scatteredshowers over the northern regions and Central Mountains tomorrow Saturday, addingthat the seasonably mild temperatures will continue.
