French oil giant Total acquires Shell concessionary in DR

SantoDomingo.- Following the recent acquisition of 70% of V Energy’sshares, which operates its stations under the Shell brand, French oilgiant Total announced its long term investment and its intention tobring the local market new products and services in the areas offuels, lubricants and solar energy.

"The 130 service stations in Dominican territory will have a new concept and will become part of a network of over 600 stations in the Caribbean and 16,000 in the world," said Philippe Jaurrey, V Energy general manager and CEO.
