Envoy: France will respond with a ‘cool head’

Santo Domingo.- France ambassador in Dominican RepublicJose Gomez on Friday expressed shock with the Thursday night terrorist attackthat left 84 fatalities and over 200injured in Nice.

"The French people will react with a cool head, with asense of humility and prepare the response to these terrorist acts thatoccurred when the people of Nice were celebrating the national holiday,"the envoy said.

Gomez said the French Embassy in Santo Domingo will open abook of condolences over the death of 84 people during an attack in Nice’s waterfrontboulevard.
