Trough will bring rains over much of the territory

Santo Domingo.- The rainfall will continue as the number of provinces under alert rose to 19, while the National Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts downpours over all regions.

As a preventive measure the Emergency Operations Center (COE) keeps Santiago and La Vega Santiago Rodríguez provinces on alert.

According to Onamet the trough will continue causing rains over much of the territory.
