Dominican Republic VP calls her husband’s candidacy a loser

Santo Domingo.- Vice President Margarita Cedeño warned Tues. that the presidential bids of Danilo Medina and of her husband Leonel Fernández would be a “lose-lose for the country and there is a third way that would be a win-win.”

She didn’t specify the third option but noted that polls do so, especially those which give her strong voter preference.

“I hope that both can understand that there is a third way,” Cedeño said at an event in the El Embajador hotel hosted by the National Private Enterprise Council.
