Santo Domingo.- The former sub-administrator of the State-owned Reservas bank, José Guzmán Ibarra appeared before the Attorney General’s Office on Monday, to be questioned over the case of bribes by the Brazilian construction company, Odebrecht.

“I come to make myself available to the authorities, answer the questions they have to ask (…) what I have been told is that it’s a conversation,” Guzmán told reporters, upon arriving at the Attorney General’s offices.
