Dominican Republic Chief Deputy gets the Trump treatment

Santo Domingo.- Dozens of people on Tuesday chanted “Camacho corrupt” at Quisqueya Stadium against Chamber of Deputies president, Radhamés Camacho, after Sunday’s incident in which Máximo Eladio Romero ended up detained for allegedly shouting “thief” at the legislator.

Fans lined up in one of the aisles in the stadium, wearing white T-shirts that read “Camacho Corrupt.”

Over 20 National Police officers were posted at Quisqueya to prevent incidents, just two days after US president Donald Trump faced a similar protest at Washington Nationals Stadium.
