Authorities to hold press conference on the ‘Abuser’s’ arrest

Santo Domingo.- The press conference that had been announced at the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) to provide details on the capture of César Emilio Peralta Adamez (César el Abusador), will take place at the Attorney General’s Office.

The alleged drug kingpin was arrested in Cartagena, Colombia, as confirmed by National Investigations Department (DNI), director Sigfrido Pared Pérez.
