David Ortiz returns

Santo Domingo.- Former Major League player David Ortiz is visiting the Dominican Republic almost six months after being the victim of a life-threatening attack.

On June 9, Big Pappy was seriously shot while sharing with friends at a bar in Santo Domingo Este.

According to his publicist, Leo López, Ortiz was set to play the Game of Legends Sunday afternoon at the Quisqueya Stadium
