Mysterious plastics dump at iconic park

Santo Domingo.- The surroundings of Mirador Sur Park awoke Thursday morning full of bottles and plastic waste that were presumably dumped in the area by unidentified people.

A video posted by a jogger shows how the sidewalk, the green area, and a section of Núñez de Caceres Ave. next to Mirador Sur park full of thousands of bottles and plastic waste.
