Medina to address the Dominican people tonight

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina, will address the Dominican people Friday with a speech that will be broadcast starting 9pm, from the National Palace.

The announcement was made by Roberto Rodríguez Marchena, government communication director via Twitter.
