Tainted moonshine kills 155 Dominicans

Santo Domingo.- Imbibing tainted moonshine has killed 155 people in the last four weeks, Dominican Republic’s Health Minister revealed Friday.

Rafael Sánchez Cárdenas, in a press conference, reported 239 cases.

He said of the 155 fatalities, 142 are men and 13 women, and that the cases total 239, among them 6 minors.
