Air Force chopper crashes, airmen unhurt

Santo Domingo.- A Dominican Air Force military exercise helicopter crashed this Friday morning at San Isidro Base.

The aircraft was undergoing maintenance and was removed from the hangar for the exercise. Five minutes after takeoff, it collapsed.

The two pilots who occupied it escaped unharmed.

The Air Force is investigating the incident.
