Dominican judge flip-flops in execution-style death case

Santo Domingo.- The  Permanent Attention judge, Juan Francisco Rodríguez Consoró, is currently hearing the request for pretrial detention against former Vice Admiral Félix Alburquerque Comprés, accused of the execution-style death of communicator Manuel Duncan.

The appeal court rejected the inhibition that he had already decided.

The parties to the process are currently in the courtroom, but the defense attorneys expect the magistrate to withdraw again, because, according to what they affirm, Rodríguez announced on the first day that, if confirmed, would decline
