Juan Pablo Duarte Wax Museum offers free admission during Holy Week

A 140 años de la muerte de Juan Pablo Duarte, su vida y obra es presentada en un museo de cera ubicado en la casa que albergó la familia del prócer, situada en la calle Isabel La Católica 308, Ciudad Colonial. Santo Domingo.- To provide an enriching experience for residents and visitors alike during Holy Week in Greater Santo Domingo, the Juan Pablo Duarte Wax Museum will be open to the public free of charge every day, except Good Friday.

The museum stands as a visual testament to the tireless work, visionary leadership, and unwavering dedication of the Father of the Nation in the establishment of the Dominican Republic.

Furthermore, the Duartiano Institute announced special programming on “Radio Patria, La Voz de Duarte” throughout Holy Week.

Wilson Gómez Ramírez, president of the institute, highlighted that the museum exhibits can be accessed free of charge from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 304 Isabel La Católica Street in the Colonial City, with bilingual guides available for visitors.
