Mitchell, Toledo lead Dominican Republic Open

La Romana, DR.– In the second round of the 2015 Dominican Republic Open, American Keith Mitchell vaults up the leaderboard with a 5-under 67 to grab a share of the lead with Guatemalan Jose Toledo at 6-under.
