Hampton By Hilton starts US$7.0M+ 117-room hotel

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.- The new Hampton By HiltonLas Americas prepares to the start the works in hand with Bestinpro Group, thecontractor who’ll build the new 117-room property which will feature the designby renowned architect. Manuel Polanco and his studio.

The work’s cost will exceed US$7 million and will create around60 direct jobs at its opening, estimated for 2017, Dominican Development saidin a statement.

“The directors of both companies, Mr. Lluis Salvadó,President of Dominican Development and Mr. Sergio Hernandez Genoves, DirectorGeneral of Bestinpro Group, signed the formal contract that will begin theconstruction of this work, which will meet the standards of chain HiltonWorldwide and will be located near the Las Americas International Airport inSanto Domingo,” the promotes said .
