Dominican Republic hotels offer up to 67% discounts

Santo Domingo.- Four and five star hotels in the Dominican Republic are offering discounts ranging from 50 to 67% in the country’s most popular areas.

The Expedia travel search engine shows a stay from today until Sunday (two nights) for two adults in one room offered by the hotel chains.

The top offer is 67% in a four-star hotel in Cabarete, Puerto Plata, near Encuentro Beach, where a room for two guests costs RD$13,161 (US$248.32) for two nights.

In that same town, there are offers of 64% with the same conditions of stay (two nights, two people) for RD$11,131, while others have discounts of 30%, with prices up to RD$22,819.
