Santo Domingo inaugurates its Carnaval

Santo Domingo.- With the welcome speech mayor David Collado on Sunday inaugurated the Carnaval of the city of Santo Domingo on the seaside Av., Malecon.

Collado highlighted the people’s imagination to give life to the cultural event that features 80 troupes and floats from different sectors and neighborhoods of the National District.
