Dominican agents arrest two men with seven packets of cocaine

Santo Domingo.- National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) officials caught two men in flagrante delicto at the Las Americas highway toll with seven packets, presumably cocaine or heroin.

The detainees, one of whom was carrying a Glock pistol, will be identified in due time by the prosecution, because they are under investigation at the DNCD headquarters, before being submitted to justice.

The substance was already taken to the National Forensic Science Institute (Inacif) who will certify the purity and weight of the drug.
