French group Total gets majority stake in Shell gas stations

Santo Domingo.- StartingFebruary Shell gas stations will become Total, the French oil group that boughtthem from the Dominican-based V Energy Group.

On Wednesday the groupsaid the redesign of the stations will cost US$50 million.

In a press conferenceTotal executives said all stations –acquired through a 70% stake- will haveadopted the company´s logo by year end.
