Hot weather to continue – Onamet

SantoDomingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) isforecasting high temperatures of more than 35 degrees Celsius and small chanceof rain for Tuesday.

ForWednesday, forecasters say a weather system approaching the island could causemoderate rainfall and some thunderstorms over the Caribbean coastal plain, LosHaitises, the Central Cordillera and the eastern Cibao Valley.

TheOnamet informs that a high-pressure system over the Atlantic and thepersistence of the Saharan dust cloud in the atmosphere will lead to partiallycloudy conditions all across the national territory today.
