Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina on Monday fired Metropolitan Bus Services Office (OMSA) director Manuel Rivas, who’s being held in connection with gangland-style murder of lawyer Yuniol Ramírez, whose body was found Oct.12.
Medina Executive order 385-17 also appoints Héctor Mojica as the new OMSA director. He was head of the Technical Land Transport Office (OTTT).
Ramirez’s body was found Thursday with two cinder blocks chained to his neck, partly in the water in a stream in Santo Domingo Oeste.
