Police reveal how much suspects paid for the murder of Ana Francisca Gómez
The Public Ministry presented before the Court of Permanent Attention several details regarding the case of Ana Francisca Gómez, 52 years old, killed on Avenida 27 de Febrero in Santiago, among them, how much they paid to those allegedly involved in the murder. According to the accusation of the Public Ministry presented before the court of Permanent Attention against Wander Robert Peña Angomás, the person who was driving the motorcycle from where the woman was shot. In said accusation, it was revealed that the criminals received RD$400,000 pesos for the murder of Ana Francisca Gómez.
Likewise, the accusation marks that the accused confessed his participation in the events. Consequently, preventive detention is requested, as a measure of coercion, to continue investigating and protect the rights of the detainee. It is recalled that the accused was arrested last Wednesday in Santo Domingo during a DICRIM raid. Ana Francisca Gómez was murdered at the beginning of October of this year when she was traveling in a BMW car on Avenida 27 de Febrero in the Ensanche Libertad sector.
