Arab-American businessman faces attempted murder charge

Santo Domingo. – The National District 9th Criminal Court on Monday will hold the first hearing in the case of attempted murder charge against Arab-American businessman Karim Abu Naba’a, filed by the attorney Gustavo Mejia Ricart.

Judge Rosanna Vasquez will head the yet-to-be scheduled hearing, just one of the accusations Abu Naba’a has faced in the National Distinct Office of the prosecutor.

Mejia Ricart filed the complaint after the defendant allegedly attempted to assassinate him with a P-90 assault rifle.
