Kingpin wants to talk with the Justice Minister: Diario Libre

Santo Domingo.- Ex drug trafficking convict Quirino Paulino seeks an interview to make himself available to Justice minister Francisco Dominguez, said Freddy Castillo, attorney for the former Dominican Army captain.

In the visit the Justice Ministry together with two colleagues, Castillosaid the boss is willing to go in today’s office official, if he allows. "These are the (Paulino’s) instructions to make contact; he wants to talk with the prosecutor at any place whatsoever."

Castillo admitted that Paulino is in Santo Domingo.

The kingpin, known as “El Don,” returned via the Las Americas International Airport after midnight Saturday as a normal passenger.
