RD$200.0M development to offer 100 affordable condos

Santo Domingo. –  The developers VINSA (Vinsa) and the Villas Trust Center IV on Tuesday broke ground for a housing project of 100 condos at a cost of around RD$200.0 million, being managed by Fiduciaria La Nacional.

VINSA president José Rafael Rodríguez said medium-income families could acquire affordable housing in the project located in a central area of the city. “We continue to contribute with urban renewal of the capital, Santo Domingo.

The project located on Interior “A” of the Honduras sector features 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartments of 80 square meters of construction includes a balcony and parking.
