Dominican chef Inés Páez Nin recognized in The Best Chef Awards

Santo Domingo.- Dominican chef Inés Páez Nin, also known as La Chef Tita, expressed her excitement and gratitude after being named in The Best Chef Awards, one of the most prestigious recognitions in the culinary world. This marks the first time the Dominican Republic has appeared on the list, with Páez becoming the country’s first chef to achieve this honor.

Sharing the news on social media, Páez attributed her success to her team, the IMA Foundation, and local producers. “Dreams come true with effort, dedication, and our philosophy intact,” she wrote. She also expressed gratitude to companies like Induveca and Arajet Airlines, who have supported her culinary journey and facilitated cultural exchanges globally. Additionally, she acknowledged Víctor Pacheco for his vision and commitment to the Raíces project.
