La Romana Court ruling paves way to extradite Toño Leña
SANTO DOMINGO. - La Romana’s Prosecutor said Tuesday that the 1st Collegiate Court of that eastern province will hold a hearing tomorrow Wednesday to drop the drug trafficking charges against Ramon del Rosario Puente (Toño Leña), after which the Supreme Court will schedule a hearing on the United States extradition request, also on narcotics trafficking.
