Seven airlines have scheduled 40 flights to Puerto Plata in June
By June 2026, Puerto Plata will have a schedule of 40 air routes connecting to major cities in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Central America, operated by 7 international airlines that will serve the Gregorio Luperón airport.
The cities connected will be from the USA: New York, Newark, Miami, and Charlotte; Canada: Montreal and Toronto; Europe: Frankfurt; and Central America: Panama.
The Puerto Plata Destination Tourism Cluster (CTDPP) reported that the airlines that would be carrying out operations are: Air Transat, United Airlines, JetBlue, American Airlines, WestJet, Copa Airlines, and Condor.
These connections strengthen Puerto Plata’s position as one of the most accessible and dynamic tourist destinations in the Caribbean.
