The Dominican Electricity Transmission Company (ETED) informs that, this Saturday, June 6, 2026, it will carry out preventive maintenance work at the 69 kV Los Mina substation, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, as part of its strategic program to strengthen and optimize the national electricity transmission infrastructure.
To carry out these works, it will be necessary to interrupt electrical service in the communities of Los Mina, Boreal, Los Tres Brazos, Las Enfermeras, Los Platanitos, Mil Flores, Mirador del Ozama, Santo Tomás de Aquino, Riviera del Ozama, and San Lorenzo, which belong to the municipality of Santo Domingo Este. The companies Templatisa and Megacentro will also be affected during the maintenance period.
ETED appreciates the public’s understanding during the execution of these works and reiterated that these actions are part of its maintenance and modernization plan for the national transmission network, aimed at continuing to strengthen the stability and efficiency of the electrical system, thereby enabling the energy and digital transition of the Dominican Republic.
