Larimar City signs partnership with TK Elevator for residential and hotel developments

Punta Cana.- Larimar City & Resort, the smart city project being developed in the Dominican Republic by Spanish company CLERHP, has signed a strategic agreement with TK Elevator (TKE) and JCQ Ingeniería en Ascensores to provide vertical mobility solutions for the residential, hospitality, and commercial developments planned within the complex.

The partnership brings together TK Elevator, one of the world’s leading elevator and mobility technology companies, and JCQ Ingeniería en Ascensores, the brand’s authorized distributor and installer in the Dominican Republic. The collaboration is aimed at supporting the development of a modern urban project designed around international standards of innovation, safety, quality, and sustainability.

According to Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP and CEO of Larimar City & Resort, the agreement reflects the project’s commitment to working with globally recognized companies. He noted that integrating TKE’s technology and JCQ’s local expertise strengthens Larimar City’s goal of becoming a benchmark for urban development in the Caribbean.

The agreement was coordinated through CLERHP’s Purchasing, Logistics, and Fleet Department. Department manager Pedro Alcalá Ruiz highlighted the importance of efficient vertical mobility in creating a comfortable and accessible environment for residents and visitors, describing it as a key component of the city’s overall design and functionality.

TK Elevator operates in more than 100 countries and has extensive experience in residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects worldwide. Its incorporation into Larimar City & Resort further strengthens the project’s network of strategic partners and reinforces its vision of delivering a high-quality, technology-driven urban destination.
