Arajet expands Argentina network with new Punta Cana–Rosario route

Arajet has expanded its presence in South America with the launch of a new direct route connecting Punta Cana and Rosario, Argentina. The service will operate three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—offering more than 1,100 seats and improving access between one of Argentina’s largest cities and one of the Caribbean’s most popular tourist destinations.

The new route makes Rosario the fourth Argentine city served by the airline and strengthens Arajet’s growth strategy in a market that remains one of the Dominican Republic’s most important sources of tourists. The connection will also provide passengers with easier access to Arajet’s network through its hubs in Punta Cana and Santo Domingo.

Arajet CEO and founder Víctor Pacheco said the route reflects the airline’s commitment to expanding affordable travel options and enhancing regional connectivity. Authorities in Argentina also welcomed the new service, highlighting its potential to boost tourism, trade, and economic development. With the addition of Rosario, Arajet continues to strengthen its position as one of the region’s fastest-growing airlines, connecting South America, the Caribbean, and North America.
