Banco BHD hosts fourth New York Real Estate Fair for Dominicans abroad

New York.- Banco BHD inaugurated the fourth edition of its New York City Real Estate Fair, an initiative designed to connect Dominicans living in the United States with opportunities to purchase property in the Dominican Republic while providing financial guidance and education to support informed decisions.

The three-day event runs from September 11–13, 2026, at The Armory Arena in Washington Heights, New York, bringing together more than 20 construction and real estate companies showcasing projects across the Dominican Republic. The offerings include properties in the planning and construction stages as well as units ready for delivery.

Real estate opportunities and financial guidance

Attendees can explore residential and investment projects while receiving guidance from Banco BHD specialists on purchasing property and securing financing in the Dominican Republic.

Banco BHD CEO Fidelio Arturo Despradel said the fair reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting Dominicans abroad and helping them turn their efforts into homes and greater well-being.
